To aid a client in central Louisiana in the middle of an oil spill, FC&E was able to quickly design and aid in the construction oversight of an underflow dam. Our GIS staff was able to quickly evaluate the watershed and then work with our civil engineers to size and design a dam system and accompanying pumps for the underflow dam to prevent further migration of the release.
